Based on the interview process and subject to availability should your child be offered a placement at Austin Cove Baptist College a $400 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the enrolment. This money is then deducted from your Semester One fees in the year your child begins at the College. Enrolment offers must be accepted within two weeks of receiving the offer.

Affiliation with a church is not a prerequisite however students and parents must accept that teachers have the right to interpret knowledge from a Christian perspective.

Tuition fees and charges are paid using Direct Debit from a bank account or credit card. Payments may be organised per month, per term, per semester or annually and will only be accepted using the bank direct debit authority system on your cheque or savings account. Payments will be debited at the commencement of the agreed cycle.

College Building Fund

The College will operate a voluntary tax-deductible building fund.

Notice of Withdrawal of Enrolment

One term's notice in writing must be given to the Principal before the withdrawal of a student from the School. Failure to give such notice may render parents or guardians liable for fees equivalent to one term's fees in lieu of notice.
